Nalam Restaurant and Dining provides food and dining services including dine-in, takeaway, buffet service, and monthly meal packages. Menu items, availability, pricing, and service formats may vary based on season, supply, or operational requirements.
3. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Prices are listed in Qatari Riyal (QAR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
Payments must be completed as per the accepted payment methods at the time of ordering.
Monthly packages must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Monthly Packages
Monthly packages are non-transferable.
Menu cycles, portion sizes, and delivery schedules (if applicable) are defined at the time of subscription.
No refunds will be provided for unused days or missed meals unless service failure occurs from our side.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Order cancellations must be requested within the permitted time communicated during ordering.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per internal policy and original payment method.
No refunds for completed or partially consumed services.
6. Food Quality & Allergies
We follow hygienic food preparation standards and traditional cooking methods. Customers are responsible for informing us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. Nalam Restaurant will not be liable for allergic reactions if such information is not disclosed in advance.

Customers agree not to misuse our services, website, or communication channels. Any abusive behavior toward staff or misuse of services may result in refusal of service.
